Education Partnerships Manager Job Description

CodeHS is looking for an Education Partnerships Manager to help manage our relationships with educational partners across the country and internationally. You will serve as the main contact for partners who work, collaborate or integrate with CodeHS. This position does *not* manage our customer relationships with schools and districts. 


  • Manage a group of partner relationships, including interacting with many stakeholders in the partner team

  • Work with a wide group of partners including education companies, non-profits, local community organizations, and more. 
  • This position will include traveling to education conferences and visiting partners
  • Ensure education partnerships are succesful
  • Manage all data related to partnerships
  • Mange all reporting related to partnerships
  • Have a deep understanding of the CodeHS product

  • Closely track and manage partner data, including the current satisfaction of partners

  • Keep partner satisfaction high

  • Communicate partner needs and pain points to the rest of the CodeHS team

  • May work to develop new partnerships but mostly will focus on the success of exsiting partnerships


  • Passionate about improving access to quality education

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented

  • Interest in personally learning more about coding
